Redshirt sophomore Brooke Tasker played hard for all 52 minutes that she played. Tasker tallied an assist and fired two shots including one that went hard off of the crossbar.
Coach Said It
"It was a good game," Minatta said. "We got everyone in the game so we got to see a lot of combinations and we saw some players really rise to the occasion and compete. Kasey Opfer, for one, was outstanding. The freshmen all did very well. Tegan (Alexander) was impressive going forward. Brianna Curtis and Mia McAleer really set the tone as well. We saw some good things out of players individually. It's not quite where we need it to be as a team. These exhibition games are for finding those things out before you take the field in a live match, which we have on Friday. It was good to come away with the experience and we will move forward with a better plan for Florida."
