This will be the first-ever dual meeting between Iowa State and Louisville.
HOT START
The Cyclones are firing on all cylinders to start the spring season. Throughout their four matches thus far, Iowa State has earned 26 of the possible 28 points against their opponents.
Iowa State is 4-0 for the third time in school history. The last time the Cyclones were 4-0 was the 1974-75 season, the second season in program history. The Cyclones also started 4-0 in the program's inaugural season in 1973-74.
The 1973-74 team had the best start in school history, winning its first seven matches, while the 1974-75 team opened 6-0.
FANTASTIC FRESHMAN
Sofia Cabezas and Miska Kadleckova built off their undefeated debuts to have another incredible week for the Cyclones. Both freshmen hold 4-0 singles records after each player notched dominant wins against their opponents from Colorado and North Dakota.
Cabezas hasn't dropped a doubles match either, making her 4-0 in that category and 8-0 overall.
Kadleckova is right behind her at 3-1 in doubles and 7-1 overall.
