AMES, Iowa - No. 7 Iowa State will look to get back into the win column on Sunday afternoon against No. 15 Baylor at the Ferrell Center in Waco. The Cyclones saw their nine-game win streak end on Wednesday against No. 15 Texas, but were shorthanded for the contest with two starters out due to Big 12 Health and Safety Protocols.

KEY STORYLINES
-A win on Sunday would mark the first time in program history ISU has beaten three ranked teams on the road in the same season and the first time ISU has won its first four Big 12 road games.
-Iowa State has started a season 16-2 for the fourth time in school history and can make it a third time moving to 17-2 on Sunday with a win.
-Iowa State was without the services of regular starters Ashley Joens and Aubrey Joens on Wednesday night due to Big 12 Health and Safety Protocols.
-The Cyclones shot a season-low 27.9 percent against the Longhorns, connecting on just 12 field goals in the contest.
-Emily Ryan led Iowa State with 19 points, including going 12-of-14 from the free throw line. A sophomore, Ryan has stepped up her scoring recently, scoring in double figures in six of the last seven games.
-Ryan leads the Big 12 and ranks third nationally with 6.9 assists per game. Against West Virginia on Jan. 2, Ryan tied Iowa State's school record with 16 assists.
-Lexi Donarski finished with 14 points against UT, including three 3-pointers. Donarski leads ISU and is ninth in the country with 52 3-pointers this season.
-Donarski reached 100 career 3-pointers in just 45 games, the second-fastest in school history (Stacy Frese, 33 games).Â
-Ashley Joens leads Iowa State with 20.3 points per game and 9.5 rebounds per game. The 2021 Cheryl Miller Award winner, Joens is one of four players nationally who are averaging at least 20.0 points and 9.0 rebounds per game.
-During the game at Kansas State (Jan. 11, 2022), Joens surpassed 2,000 career points, becoming the third player in ISU history to reach 2K (Angie Welle, Bridget Carleton).
LAST TIME OUT
-No. 7 Iowa State saw its nine-game win streak come to an end, as a shorthanded Iowa State fell to No. 15 Texas 66-48 Wednesday night at Hilton Coliseum.
-The Cyclones were without the services of regular starters Ashley Joens and Aubrey Joens due to Big 12 Health and Safety Protocols.
-UT finished the first half on an 8-3 run and then picked up the first seven points of the second half to put the game out of ISU's reach.
