AMES, Iowa – Iowa State (17-9, 8-4 Big 12) hosts Texas Tech (14-11, 3-9 Big 12) Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. The Cyclones look to complete the season sweep against the Red Raiders.
Tomorrow is the Military Appreciation match, all veterans and military personnel can receive a complimentary ticket.
Students will be entered to win $100 gift cards to Starbucks, Target and Chipotle. Free pizza will be delivered to the student section during the first set.

LAST TIME OUT
Iowa State dropped the match to No. 1 Texas, but didn't go down without a fight. The first set saw 12 tie scores and four lead changes for a set score of 25-23. Maya Duckworth turned in her 15th double-digit performance to lead ISU with 10 kills. Kelsey Perry led in blocking with three assists while sending four kills at a perfect hitting percentage.
Eleanor Holthaus now holds the program record for most matches played after competing in the 130th of her career at Texas. Earlier this season vs. TCU, Holthaus also broke the most sets played record as it now stands at 481 sets.
Following the matchup with the Longhorns, Iowa State continues to lead league matchups with 15.28 digs per set. Brooke Stonestreet also sits atop the rankings in Big 12 play with 5.15 digs per set, the only individual average above five per set.
TEXAS TECH
Iowa State swept Texas Tech in the first meeting this season as ISU delivered 48 kills over the three sets while holding the Red Raiders to .050 hitting. ISU leads the all-time series 31-25 and leads 15-12 while at home.
Texas Tech last met Oklahoma on Wednesday night, falling in five sets. TTU hit 75 kills in the match at an efficiency of .254. Ankeny, Iowa native Kenna Sauer has recorded 19 kills in each of the Red Raiders' last three matches. Sauer has put up double-digit kills in every conference matchup except for the Oct. 21 match when Iowa State came to Lubbock.ÂÂ

Iowa State has two road matches up next, first meeting the Top-10 ranked Baylor Bears in Waco on Wednesday, Nov. 16. The Cyclones then head to Lawrence for a Saturday match vs. Kansas. Iowa State returns home Wednesday, Nov. 23 for the final regular season match to host Oklahoma on Senior Day.
