Cyclones Travel to Norman for First Big 12 Road Test

NORMAN, Okla. - After five home matches, Iowa State will turn its focus towards the Oklahoma Sooners. Thursday's matchup will be the first Big 12 road test of the 2022 season for the Cyclones.

Iowa State and Oklahoma have faced each other twenty eight times since 1996. Oklahoma holds a 14-10-4 advantage over the Cyclones.

Kickoff for Thursday's match is slated for 7 p.m. (CT) and can be streamed on ESPN+.

LAST TIME OUT
On Sunday, the Cyclones lost to the West Virginia Mountaineers 2-0.

SCOUTING THE SOONERS
Oklahoma is 6-2-2 overall and 1-0-0 in conference play. The Sooners are coming off a 2-0 victory over the Baylor Bears last Friday.

Offensively, the Sooners are led by Senior Emma Hawkins. This season, Hawkins leads the Sooners with five goals and ten points.

UP NEXT
The Cyclones will have a week off before traveling to Texas to face the Texas Tech Red Raiders.
