NORMAN, Okla. -- Iowa State (3-5-3) women's soccer fell 3-1 to the Oklahoma Sooners (7-2-2) on Thursday evening. The Cyclones held a 1-0 advantage entering the second half before a 52nd minute red card forced ISU to play the rest of the match down a player.Â
The Sooners went on to score three goals in the final ten minutes to defeat the Cyclones 3-1.
Senior Mira Emma recorded the lone goal for Iowa State. Emma's goal was her first since she found the back of the net in ISU's upset victory over Michigan earlier this season.
Senior goalkeeper Jordan Silkowitz recorded a game-high nine saves against the Sooners. Silkowitz has now recorded 206 career saves and is only three saves shy of cracking into the top-five all time at Iowa State for career saves.

In the 2nd minute, Oklahoma recorded the first shot of the match.
