Cyclones Finish Fighting Irish Classic in Fifth

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The Cyclones finished the Fighting Irish Classic in fifth after going two-under-par on the day and three-over-par in three rounds.

Zach May led the Cyclones tying for 11th with a three-round score of 210, just one stroke over his career low. May had eight birdies throughout the tournament.

Luke Gutschewski and Owen Sawyer tied for 21st with a three-round score of 212. Gutschewski had eight birdies and one eagle and Sawyer had ten birdies.

Paul Beauvy tied for 28th with a score of four-over-par (69-75-70).

Dianchao Wu tied for 32nd with a career low round of 68 in the first round. Wu had 11 birdies and one eagle.

The Cyclones will continue their season for the three day Big 12 Match Play beginning on Monday Oct. 9 in Hockley, Texas.
