Libero Brooke Stonestreet broke over 900 career digs, totaling 901 to now rank 22nd in Iowa State history. Setter Morgan Brandt set a career-high seven kills in her last outing while totaling 19 assists. The sophomore holds the 16th-most assists in ISU history with 1,275 on her career.

TCU is led by Jason Williams who turned around the program in his first year, leading TCU to a 17-11 record in 2022 after finishing 8-18 in 2021. Texas transfer Melanie Parra has been a force for TCU, hitting 345 kills at 4.54 per set. As a team, TCU ranks second in conference matches with 2.64 blocks per set and fourth in opponent hitting percentage (0.194) and digs (14.73 per set).
