AMES, Iowa – Iowa State returns home to host No. 14 Kansas for a series Friday, Nov. 10 at 6 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 11 at 4 p.m. following two road victories over TCU.

Promotions
Friday is the Color it Cardinal match, all fans are invited to wear cardinal apparel. The Fan Fridays promotion will also be run, where five general admission tickets are available for $5 here. Saturday is the Military Appreciation match, all military personnel and veterans can receive complimentary admission at this link.
For students, the first 250 will receive a free cardinal Iowa State t-shirt on Friday. On Saturday, all students can enter a raffle for free Crumbl Cookie for a semester ($200 gift card). Free pizza will be given out at both matches. Students can access their free student tickets here.
By the Numbers
1 – Christy Johnson-Lynch stands one victory away from 200 career Big 12 wins. Her current total of 199 ranks fifth in league history by a head volleyball coach.
3 – Nayeli Gonzalez is the first in the conference to earn three Big 12 Rookie of the Week honors this season. Gonzalez is also the third ISU freshman to earn three.
8 – Iowa State has hit at an efficiency of over .300 eight times this season, including five conference matches.
The 2023 Cyclones
Nayeli Gonzalez picked up her third Big 12 ROTW honor totaling 33 kills at .329 hitting and averaging 4.13 per set in the two road victories at TCU. Gonzalez had her second 20-plus kill match with 21 at .378 hitting and her third 20-plus point performance. Also adding a career-high 14 digs, the rookie had her second double-double. Gonzalez (241) and Maya Duckworth (220) lead the Cyclones in kills this season.
Morgan Brandt had a career-high 59 assists on Nov. 3, the highest by a Cyclone since 2018. Brandt led the Big 12 last week with 12.00 assists per set while guiding the team to a .303 hitting percentage. Brandt ranks 15th in ISU career assists with 1,371.
Jordan Hopp continues hitting efficiently, hitting 143 kills at .358 through all matches while being ISU's lead blocker with 78 total.
Libero Brooke Stonestreet nears the milestone of 1,000 digs, currently holding 928 to rank 21st in ISU history.
No. 14 Kansas (18-4, 9-3 Big 12)
Kansas has been a Top-25 ranked team all season, with its current ranking of No. 14 the Jayhawks' highest. Kansas ranks second in the Big 12 standings and in statistical categories, ranks top three in digs, assists, kills, hitting percentage and blocks. Individually, Reaghan Cooper leads with 246 season kills and ties with ISU's Hopp for ranking third in league action with a hitting percentage of .355. Other top-three ranking Jayhawks in conference action include Camryn Turner in assists (No. 2, 10.45 per set), Toyosi Onabanjo in blocks (No. 3, 1.20 per set) and Raegan Burns in digs (No. 3, 3.95 per set).
