LINCOLN, Nebraska – The Cyclone women won their second cross country meet of the season, edging Nebraska for the Red division title at the Greeno-Dirksen Invite, 52-62. Iowa State placed three women in the top-10 while all seven of the scored Cyclone runners finished in the top-25.
Ashlyn Keeney was the top finisher for Iowa State, crossing the finish line in 17:22.1 for fourth place. The Wheeler twins, Sheridan and McKinley, were next for the Cyclones. Sheridan finished sixth in 17:35.5 while McKinley was ninth in 17:42.7. Mya Trober (14th, 17:56.9), Aspen Fulbright (19th, 18:08.0), Riley Beach (21st, 18:10.7), and Halle Mestery (23rd, 18:11.4) rounded out the scoring finishers for Iowa State.
