AMES, Iowa - Iowa State finished the 2025 season with an 8-16 overall record and a 1-5 mark in conference action, finishing sixth in the league. The Cyclones just missed qualifying as a team for NCAA Regionals, however they were able to send four individuals. Noelle Adams, Josie Bergstrom-Te Slaa, Haylee Hardin and Frederique Sgarbossa all competed for ISU in the Salt Lake City Regional.Â
The Cyclones wrapped up the season ranked 39th on Road to Nationals and had a NQS of 195.740. Iowa State finished the season strong, earning two of its top-three highest scores of the season in its final three meets. The team's 196.100 at Nebraska was the team's season high.Â
Looking ahead to the 2026 season, the Cyclones are expecting an incoming class of six freshmen from all over the U.S. ISU will look to capitalize on the continued interest in gymnastics, as the team pulled in their largest crow in school history this past season when 9.470 came to the Simpson meet. Â
