Leading Off: After three weeks of traveling, the Iowa State Cyclones will finally be competing at home. Sunday not only marks the first time hosting the Utah Red Rocks, but also the first ever ESPN broadcast for a meet in Hilton.
Last time out, Iowa State had several gymnasts earn new career high scores. Aubree Guinee put up a 9.85 with her floor routine, newcomer Ella Roberts earned a 9.75 on vault, while returner Frederique Sgarbossa tallied up a 39.100 for her second time competing all-around. The Cyclones will be looking to continue this momentum this weekend. Â
ISU will face off the University of Utah Red Rocks, who just downed Utah State, BYU and Southern Utah in the Best of Utah quad. They are currently 5-3 overall and ranked number 12 on Road to Nationals.
Meet Note: Those attending are asked to wear white, as it is a WHITE OUT. The first 200 students will receive a "Snow Clones" t-shirt and white poms will be distributed.
