2024 Iowa State Football Credential Form
Please complete the following form in order to make any media credential requests for the 2024 Iowa State football season. Only one form is requested per media organization.
Please remember that your request does NOT guarantee a credential or parking pass. ALL applicants must list a reason for the request. Parking passes will again be mobile this season and distributed to the person from the organization making the request. It is the requesting organization's responsibility to distribute parking passes to the correct people.
You will be notified of the status of your request by either Matt Shoultz or Sarah Duysen in the Athletics Communications office. If you have any questions, please contact Sarah Duysen at sduysen1@iastate.edu or call 515-294-5778.
If you wish for your credentials to be mailed to you, you must include a FULL mailing address (city, state and zip code). Credentials, otherwise, can be picked up at Iowa State Media Day (Aug. 2, 2024) or on gameday at Jack Trice Stadium media will call (located in the Jacobson Athletic Building Ticket Office).
