DUBUQUE, Iowa - The Cyclone Tailgate Tour made its way to beautiful Dubuque Thursday afternoon for the first of two stops for the day.
Iowa State Director of Athletics Jamie Pollard, football coach Paul Rhoads, women's basketball coach Bill Fennelly and wrestling coach Kevin Jackson met with the crowd for just over an hour at the cities' Grand River Center.
The Tour moves on to Davenport's River Center Thursday evening for a 5:30 p.m. program
