WHAT IS THE CYCLONE REWARDS PROGRAM?

The Iowa State Athletics Department rewards its most loyal student fans for their commitment to attending sporting events and cheering on the Cyclones
Incentive program for Iowa State students who attend home athletic events
Come to athletic events and earn points towards FREE prizes and experiences!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Iowa State students, can download the app and register an account with a few simple clicks
Use the app for a mobile check-in via GPA location inside the venue
Points will be uploaded to your account immediately after your check-in
You don’t “spend” the points, once you reach the prize point level you can claim that prize – think of it like a checkpoint!
BONUS:
- You can access all of your Iowa State Student Ticket via the app
  - All Iowa State students get a FREE Cy's Pass, which is FREE general admission seating to attend
    - Volleyball
    - Women's Basketball
    - Wrestling
    - and Gymnastics

POINT INFORMATION

Each Iowa State sporting event will be worth 5 or 10 Points
- Certain games users may receive double or triple points.

Make sure you download the Cyclone Rewards App available on both the Apple Store and Google Play Stores. The Mobile App allows you to see all upcoming events, your active points, the prize store, and other cool features.

I’VE CLAIMED A PRIZE! WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

First of all, congratulations! Secondly, make sure you don’t click redeem just yet!
Pick-up - You can pick-up your prize Hilton Coliseum at the North student entrance! From there a Cyclone Rewards representative will click the redeem button for you and give you your prize(s).
