Outdoor:Â Hit a 400m collegiate-best 49.22 for third at the ISU Alumni Invite and took third in the 200m (22.66) ... anchored the 4x400m relay to 3:12.57 for fifth at Drake Relays.
Indoor: Clocked best in the 200m of 22.66 for sixth and in the 400m of 50.47 for seventh at the Iowa Open … took second in the 600y with 1:13.76 … also competed at the Cyclone Open and ISU Holiday Invite.
High School
Three-time Class 3A State Champions in the 4x400m (twice) and sprint medley relay ... part of six state-qualifying relay squads ... took fourth as a senior in the 400m with a personal record of 49.06 at the 2023 State Championships ... took 10th at the 2023 Drake Relays in the 4x200m.Â
