Outdoor: Ran for Iowa State in five meets … finished 12th in the 1,500m run (3:56.68) and competed in the 5,000m run (DNF) at the Big 12 Championships … ran to a personal best 1:51.52 in the 800m run at the Bryan Clay Invitational … opened season with personal best 3:50.26 in the 1,500m run at the Raleigh Relays … took sixth in the 1,500m (3:51.41) at the Sun Angel Classic … also competed at the Drake Relays.

Indoor: Competed in five meets for the Cyclones … earned Second Team All-America honors running lead-off for ninth-place distance medley relay at NCAA Indoor Championships (9:36.00) … finished fifth with personal-best 2:26.40 in 1,000m and was member of fifth-place distance medley relay (10:03.13) at the Big 12 Championships … ran in the 800m at the Cyclone Open, Razorback Invitational and Iowa State Classic.

Claimed Class 4A state championships in the 800m (running his personal best 1:52.96 in the process) and as part of the sprint medley relay ... at the 2019 Drake Relays, won the 800 meter run and the 1,600m run ... his win in the 1,600m handed current Cyclone teammate and then-Ankeny Hawk Tim Sindt his only individual loss of 2019 ... also qualified for the 800m at the state championships twice, while running in the state championships in relays all four years of his high school career ... following junior season, competed in the St. Louis Festival of Miles in the 800-meter run, finishing eighth ... qualified for state championships in cross country all four years of high school career.
