Morgan Paige joined the Iowa State women’s basketball program in August of 2015 as a graduate assistant for recruiting and player development. Paige, a Marion, Iowa native, assists the program in all facets of video editing, community relations, player development and recruiting.
Paige was a four-year letterwinner and starter for the Wisconsin Badger women’s basketball team. She was a third-team All-Big Ten selection by the league coaches and media in 2013. She became the 23rd Badger to reach 1,000 career points in her senior season and ranks 18th in school history with 1,230 career points. She also ranks third all-time in free-throw percentage (.821), fifth in 3-point attempts (528), eighth in free throws made (326) and tied for 10th in 3-pointers made (144).
Paige also spent a year playing in professionally in Romania after graduating from Wisconsin. She played for CSM Craiova in Craiova, Romania, where she averaged 10.0 points and 3.0 assists per game.
Paige graduated from Wisconsin in 2014 with her major in life sciences communication. She is pursuing her master’s in higher education with the hopes of entering the coaching field.
