2018-19 (Senior)
The captain rebounded from an injury that sidelined her for the first two meets of the year … won seven individual events during the season … finished inside the top-10 in three events at the Kansas Classic … battled hard at Iowa, earning three runner-up finishes, including a PR time of 10:02.20 in the 1000 free … won the 1000 free (10:23.70) against West Virginia … earned three top-10 finishes at the Big 12 Championships … ended 10th in the 500 free (4:52.33), fifth in the 1650 free (16:46.80) and fifth in the 400 IM (4:20.88) … clocked the eighth- and 11th-fastest 400 IM times at the Big 12 meet … her performances in the 400 IM and 1650 free were good for All-Big 12 Second Team honors … she ends her career as one-of-three Cyclones to earn three or more All-Big 12 honors in two events … ranks second all-time in the 400 IM and 1000 free, fourth in the 500 and 1650 free, and eighth in the 200 IM … scored 17¬¬¬9 individual points in her senior year and 511 on her career, ranking sixth and 20th in Cyclone history, respectively … earned Academic All-Big 12 First Team honors for the third-consecutive season.

2017-18 (Junior)
Had a breakout junior season for the Cyclones … top-five Cyclone in five events … finished inside the top-three nine times throughout the season … qualified for four scoring finals at the Kansas Classic, which included the 500 free (10^th, 5:00.69), 1650 free (sixth, 17:29.89), 200 back (16^th, 2:11.47) and 400 IM (fifth, 4:25.51) … named to the 2017 Kansas Classic All-Invite team by scoring 35 points … swam in the 500 free (11^th, 4:53.81), 1650 free (sixth, 16:54.78) and 400 IM (fourth, 4:18.15) at the Big 12 Championships … her time in the 400 IM is the second-fastest in school history, behind only Luddy who broke the school record in the same heat … earned First-Team All-Big 12 in the 400 IM, Second-Team in the 1650 free … set the 10^th-fastest mile time in school history at the conference meet … named to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team for the second-straight year.

2016-17 (Sophomore)
Team’s fastest 400 IM swimmer on the season … ranked second in the 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyle races and 200 backstroke… among the top-five swimmers in the 200 butterfly … scored in individual races 17 times for the Cyclones, including a first-place finish in the 200 butterfly against UNI and a trio of second place finishes on the year … competed in the 200 medley relay (12^th, 1:45.97), 500 freestyle (8^th, 4:55.33), 400 IM (5^th, 4:19.73) and 1650 freestyle (7^th, 16:49.57) at the Big 12 Championship … earned Second-Team All-Big 12 honors in the 400 IM and reached the medal stand for the 500 freestyle and the mile … 500 freestyle prelims time at the Big 12 Championship (4:50.97) ranked third-fastest in team history and now ranks fifth … mile time at Big 12 Championship made her one-of-five Cyclones to ever break 16:50.00 in the 1650 freestyle … swam the second-fastest and third-fastest 400 IM times in Iowa State history at the Big 12 Championship, making her one-of-two swimmers in team history with multiple times in the top-10 … member of the Academic All-Big 12 First-Team.

2015-16 (Freshman)
Started the year as primarily a backstroke and IM swimmer before becoming one of the team’s top distance swimmers … placed in the top-three 17 times, including three first-place results … finished No. 10 in the Pentathlon … competed in the 200 MR, 500 freestyle (12th place, 4:58.96), 400 IM (12th place, 4:26.88) and 1650 freestyle (6th place, 17:07.92) … picked up All-Big 12 honors in the 1650 freestyle … top-five Cyclone swimmer in five events, including No. 2 in the 1000 freestyle and 1650 freestyle.

High School
Four year letterwinner under coach Elizabeth Hansen … served as team captain and earned all-conference honors in her senior season … helped lead Wayzata to Class AA state titles in 2013 and 2014 … two-time scholastic All-American … swam club for the Aquajets under coach Kate Lundsten.
