AMES, Iowa -- The Iowa State softball team will compete as the No. 7 seed at the 2003 Big 12 Tournament that starts Thursday, May 4, at the Don Porter ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City, Okla. The Cyclones will take on the No. 10 seed, Baylor, at 5 p.m. If Iowa State wins, it will play the No. 2 seeded Oklahoma State on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Seeds 7-10 will play in single elimination games, while the top six seeds receive a bye and will play in double elimination games.
ISU swept Baylor earlier in the year, 8-7 and 6-5, on April 12 and 13, at the Southwest Athletic Complex and was swept by
