LINCOLN, Neb. - The Iowa State women's tennis team concluded regular season action with a 7-0 loss to Nebraska Saturday afternoon. Cyclone sophomore Chrissy Derouin battled a three-set match at No. 5. Derouin lost the first set to Vanessa Heute, 6-1, captured the second set 6-3 and fell in the third set, losing 6-0.
ISU senior Charlotte Ljungkrantz fought a close match in the No. 6 spot to Ewelina Skaza, losing 6-4, 7-6 (2).
The Cyclone netters start the Big 12 Championship Thursday in Waco, Texas.
