AMES, Iowa-The Iowa State 4x400-meter relay team consisting of Gabe Kimpson, Elijah Braimah, Jared Graham and Jared Lewis has been selected to compete in the 2007 NCAA Division I Indoor Track and Field Championships on March 9-10 in Fayetteville, Ark.
The relay squad posted a school-record time of 3:07.39 on Saturday at the ISU NCAA Qualifier to secure a spot at the NCAA championships. The time ranks seventh going into the competition. The team will compete at 8:20 p.m. on March 10.
