Cyclones Host Doubleheader Against SDSU

AMES, Iowa - Iowa State (20-30, 0-6 Big 12) hosts South Dakota State Tuesday afternoon at the Southwest Athletics Complex in Ames. The Cyclones dropped a pair of games to third-ranked Oklahoma last weekend while SDSU has a doubleheader against Nebraska slated for Monday.

Scouting South Dakota State
The Jackrabbits, who play a Monday doubleheader at Nebraska before traveling to Ames, sit at 10-18 overall ... SDSU's last game came 13 days ago, on March 25, when it lost to both North Dakota State (3-0) and Ball State (5-0) ... the Jackrabbits hit .253 as a team and are led by Samantha Heinzman (.333) and Brittany Postma (.325), who both have 26 hits on the season ...
