AMES, Iowa ? Texas hit three home runs and Brittany Barnhill tossed a complete game shutout to lead the Longhorns to a 4-0 win over Iowa State in the second game of Saturday's doubleheader at the Southwest Athletic Complex.
The Longhorns (18-12-2, 4-1 Big 12) took their first lead in the second inning on a costly error by the Cyclones (23-14, 1-3).

The Lonhorns would homer twice more in the seventh as Chalk and Shelby Savony took Zabriskie deep to make it 4-0.
