- Wray has 59 hits this season, which ties for the third-best single season in school history. With her next hit she will become just the third player in school-history to record 60 hits in a single-season. Her 31 runs scored ties for the third most in ISU's single-season record books.
- Rachel Zabriskie became the school's all-time freshman leader with 144 strikeouts on the season, surpassing interim assistant Alyssa Ransom-Tjaden's mark of 136, which was set in 2004. She'll move into a tie for seventh on the overall single-season charts with her next strikeout.
- Kelsey Kidwell is tied for first on the single-season charts with her 18th stolen base. With her next stolen base, Kidwell will move past Lisa Frank, who set the mark in 2000.

- Alex Johnson is just the ninth player in school history to drive in 30 runs in a season. Johnson, who has 35 on the season, is climbing the career charts with 63 RBI, which is tied for 10th all-time.
- ISU has four players with 20+ RBI for the first time since the inception of the Big 12 (1996).
- Iowa State's 28 wins is the most since 1989 when the Cyclones went 32-18-1. The Cyclones are looking to finish above .500 for the first time since 1999.
- Ariel Coburn needs just one home run to tie for the Iowa State single-season record (Lindsey Herrin, 2002).
- Amanda Bradberry, Alex Johnson and Courtney Wray are riding seven-game hitting streaks.
