AMES, Iowa?The Iowa State gymnastics team staged its second-to-last intrasquad exhibition Monday afternoon in the Pyle Practice Facility before an enthusiastic crowd that impressed the Cyclone coaches and gymnasts.
The intrasquad competition featured the Cyclones performing in a meet-like format with the current top-six gymnasts filling out Iowa State's lineup for each event.
The Cyclones opened on vault, where sophomores Celine Paulus scored a 9.8 and Michelle Browning tallied a 9.75 to pace ISU.
Bars was where Iowa State moved to for its second rotation. Senior Ceilia Maccani (9.85) and junior Jacquelyn Holmes (9.8) led the Cyclones.
Seniors Jody McKellar and Ashley Kent registered a 9.8 and 9.85, respectively, to lead the Cyclone beam team.
On Floor, Iowa State featured strong performances from sophomores Shea Anderson (9.75), Paulus (9.75) and senior Anna Robey (9.8).
