AMES, Iowa - Iowa State returns to Hilton Coliseum Wednesday to host rival Iowa in an Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series contest. Tipoff for the game, which will be televised by Mediacom, is scheduled for 7 p.m.

- Iowa State returns home after 18 days on the road to face rival Iowa Wednesday night at Hilton Coliseum. The Hawkeyes will be Iowa State's third Big Ten opponent this season. The Cyclones are searching for their first win against the league after falling to Penn State and at Michigan.
- Hallie Christofferson led the Cyclones at Michigan, tallying her second double-double this season with 13 points and 10 rebounds. Jessica Schroll returned to her home state and scored 12 points, while Chelsea Poppens finished with nine points and a game-high 11 rebounds.
- The last time Iowa State faced three Big Ten opponents in a season was 2007-08 when it played Michigan, Iowa and Minnesota.
- Chelsea Poppens has posted double-digit rebounds in five of Iowa State's six games this season. The junior leads the Big 12 averaging 11.7 rebounds per game.
