Alumni Association Set To Host Spirit Rally For NCAA's

AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State Alumni Association will hold a pregame spirit party at 12:30 p.m. at the ISU Alumni Center prior to Iowa State's 3 p.m. game against Florida State on Saturday in the first round of the NCAA Tournament. Fans are encouraged to stop by and participate in the rally to cheer the team on in its eighth-consecutive NCAA appearance.
A brief program will begin at approximately 1 p.m. with Women's Basketball team, Spirit Squad, and Pep Band. The Team's families will be honored after the women depart for the arena. There will be free giveaways, NCAA games on the TVs, Cyclone spirit, and more. A cash bar and snacks will be provided by ISU Dining. Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
Upon advancement, ISU would play Monday at 8 p.m. and another pregame party will be held at the ISU Alumni Center from 5:30-7:30 p.m. with a short program at 6:30.
