MANHATTAN, Kan. - The Iowa State women's basketball team (11-4, 2-2 Big 12) continues its two-game road swing as it takes on Kansas State (11-4, 1-3 Big 12) on Saturday at 7 p.m. in Manhattan, Kansas. Iowa State is looking for its first sweep of the Big 12 season after defeating KSU 60-55 in Hilton Coliseum on Jan. 3.

Cyclone Headlines
- Iowa State fell to the third-ranked Lady Bears 47-79 in Waco, Texas on Tuesday. The Cyclones faced their second top-three opponent in back-to-back games as they toppled No. 3 Texas 59-57 in Hilton in the game prior. Iowa State is the only school in the country to have faced two top-three teams in back-to-back games. Iowa State returns to the court to take on Kansas State on Sat., Jan. 17 at 7 p.m. in Bramlage Coliseum.
- The meeting is the second this season between the Wildcats and Cyclones as Iowa State walked off the court with a 60-55 victory on Jan. 3 in the Big 12 opener. Iowa State trails the all-time series between the two schools, 35-48, but Iowa State has claimed nine of the last 12 meetings.
- Since entering the starting lineup, junior Kidd Blaskowsky has netted an average of 3.1 3-pointers per game. Blaskowsky is also averaging 12.1 points per contest in games she has started. Blaskowsky netted a season-high 20 points against Baylor, becoming the sixth Cyclone to record a 20-point game this season.
- Iowa State ranks fifth in the nation in assist-turnover ratio (1.46). Senior point guard Nikki Moody, the top returning point guard in the Big 12, is 11th nationally in assists per game with 6.8 and second in the Big 12.
- Moody became the 26th player in Iowa State history to reach 1,000 career points. Against Fairfield, Moody moved into 21st all-time passing Carmen Jaspers (1,097). Moody sits at 1,134 points for her career, which puts her at 21st all-time in the record books.
- Moody is second in the nation in career assists (631) and third nationally in career assists per game (5.83). Moody ranks second in Iowa State history in career assists with 631, she trails the school record held by Lyndsey Medders by just 88. Moody also led the Cyclones in assists with 163 last season, becoming just the fifth Cyclone to lead ISU in assists in three-consecutive seasons.
- Iowa State is first in the Big 12 and fourth in the nation in 3-pointers per game, averaging 9.8 per contest. Senior Brynn Williamson leads the Big 12 and is 38th nationally with 2.73 made per game.
- Williamson ranks 15th in the nation in career-active 3-point field goals made, with 223. Her 223 makes ranks seventh in ISU history. She is 18 makes away from passing Alison Lacey in sixth with 240. She also ranks 11th in career-active 3-pointers attempted with 655 total. She is just 34 attempts behind Kelsey Bolte, who ranks fourth in ISU history.
- Sophomore guard Seanna Johnson is second in the Big 12 Conference with 9.9 rebounds per game. Johnson has recorded nine double-figure rebounding games so far this season.
- The 2014-15 season marks the 20th in the tenure of Fennelly. Fennelly has led Iowa State to 15 NCAA Tournament appearances, which is the most of any Big 12 team since 1997. Fennelly boasts a 427-196 record at Iowa State and a 593-250 record in his 27-year career as a head coach. His 593 career wins lists him as 17th in the NCAA among active coaches.
- Over the last 20 seasons, no team in NCAA Division I has netted (4,892), attempted (13,707) or hit more 3-pointers per game (7.83) than the Cyclones. Over the last 20 seasons, Iowa State has also recorded the seventh-best 3-point percentage (35.7) in all of Division I. ISU's dominance from beyond the arc is unmatched and unprecedented.
