AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State women's basketball team (4-3, 0-0 Big 12) is set to square off with the 23rd-ranked Iowa Hawkeye women's basketball team (8-1, 0-0 Big 10) on Friday, Dec. 11 at 7 p.m. in Hilton Coliseum for the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series.
The Cyclones are looking for their 10th-straight win over the Hawkeyes in Hilton, all under the direction of head coach Bill Fennelly.

- Iowa State ranks third nationally in defensive rebounds per game with 33.0. Johnson leads ISU with 9.0 defensive boards per game, which ranks seventh nationally. Iowa State had 44 defensive rebounds against Southern.
- Freshman Meredith Burkhall earned her first Big 12 Freshman of the Week award on Monday after two double-figure scoring games last week. After Burkhall's Big 12 Freshman of the Week honor, Iowa State has had nine different freshmen earn the honor while no other Big 12 school has had more than five.
- Buckley is currently shooting 40.6 percent from long range in her career, which ranks fifth in school history. The Mason City, Iowa native has also netted 61 shots from downtown in her career.
