MORGANTOWN, W. Va. - The Iowa State women's basketball team (16-9, 7-7 Big 12) travels to Morgantown, W. Va. to take on the West Virginia Mountaineers (15-11, 5-9 Big 12) at 11 a.m. on Saturday. The game against the Mountaineers will air on FSN.

-Iowa State got back on track with an overtime win over the Oklahoma Sooners, who rank second in the conference, on Tuesday. The Cyclones get back at it on Saturday at 11 a.m. when they take on West Virginia. ISU looks for its third sweep in Big 12 play after having defeated WVU 61-43 in Ames. Iowa State also swept Kansas State and Texas.
- Senior point guard Nikki Moody is averaging 17.6 points and 7.4 assists over the last 10 games, scoring in double figures in all 10. Moody also ranks No. 1 in the country in assist rate (47.94).
- In conference play, Iowa State is tied for seventh in the nation, and is first among power five schools, in assisted basket percentage with assists on 68.8 percent of its baskets.
Iowa State ranks fifth in the nation in free-throw shooting, knocking down 77.6 percent of its extra shots.
- Iowa State ranks ninth in the nation in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.34), while Moody, the top returning point guard in the Big 12, is ninth nationally in assists per game with 6.8 and second in the Big 12.
- Moody became the 26th player in Iowa State history to reach 1,000 career points. Against Oklahoma State, Moody moved into 15th all-time passing Pat Hodgson (1,284). Moody sits at 1,314 points for her career, which puts her 25 points shy of 14th all-time, which is owned by Heather Ezell (1,339).
- Moody is second in the nation in career assists (705) and third nationally in career assists per game (5.92). Moody ranks second in Iowa State history in assists with 705, she trails the school record held by Lyndsey Medders by just 14. Moody also led the Cyclones in assists with 163 last season, becoming the fifth Cyclone under Fennelly to lead ISU in assists in three-consecutive seasons. Moody would be the first Cyclone under Fennelly to lead ISU in assists four-straight seasons.
- Moody's 705 career assists rank 10th all-time in Big 12 history. She is just three assists away from passing Oklahoma State's Amanda Riley (707) at ninth and 14 away from Iowa State's Lyndsey Medders, who sits in eighth.
- Senior Brynn Williamson became the 27th player in Iowa State history to reach 1,000 career points against Oklahoma State. She currently ranks 26th in school history with 1,028 points.
Iowa State is first in the Big 12 and seventh in the nation in 3-pointers per game, averaging 9.0 per contest. Williamson leads the Big 12 and is 55th nationally with 2.48 made per game. Junior Kidd Blaskowsky ranks 47th nationally in 3-point field goal percentage (40.0%).
- Williamson ranks 13th in the nation in active career 3-point field goals made, with 244. Her 244 makes ranks fifth in ISU history. She also ranks 12th in active career 3-pointers attempted with 720 total. She is four attempts behind Megan Ronhovde, who ranks third in ISU history.
Sophomore guard Seanna Johnson is second in the Big 12 Conference with 9.3 rebounds per game and first among active players. Johnson has recorded 13 double-figure rebounding games so far this season.
- The 2014-15 season marks the 20th in the tenure of Fennelly. Fennelly has led Iowa State to 15 NCAA Tournament appearances, which is the most of any Big 12 team since 1997. Fennelly boasts a 432-202 record at Iowa State and a 598-255 record in his 27-year career as a head coach. His 598 career wins lists him as 17th in the NCAA among active coaches.

- Iowa State put together one of its most thrilling games in conference play this season with an 84-76 overtime thriller against the Oklahoma Sooners, in which Iowa State outscored the Sooners 14-6 in overtime and did not allow a Sooner field goal. OU's six points all came from free throws.

- West Virginia's Bria Holmes is averaging an impressive 19.5 points, which ranks second in the Big 12. In addition to Homes, Averee Fields is the only other Mountaineer in double figures, with 13.2 points per game.
- West Virginia ranks third in Big 12 play in rebounding offense, averaging 42.4 per game, and third in offensive rebounds with 15.3 per game. WVU is also averaging 9.0 steals per game, which is third in Big 12 play.
Series vs. West Virginia
- The Cyclones took a significant step in its series history against the Mountaineers earlier this season when they earned their first win over WVU in Hilton Coliseum, downing the Mountaineers 61-43.
