- Iowa State is first in the nation in free-throw shooting (78.4%). The Cyclones finished both the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons with the nation's best mark at the charity stripe. No team in men's or women's basketball has ever led the nation three-straight seasons.
In conference play, Iowa State ranks second in the nation in assisted basket percentage with assists on 77.2 percent of its baskets.
- Iowa State ranks fifth in the nation in assist-turnover ratio (1.45). Senior point guard Nikki Moody, the top returning point guard in the Big 12, is seventh nationally in assists per game with 7.0 and second in the Big 12.
- Moody became the 26th player in Iowa State history to reach 1,000 career points. Against Oklahoma State, Moody moved into 17th all-time passing Jolene Leseman (1,201). Moody sits at 1,217 points for her career, which puts her 31 points shy of 16th all-time, which is owned by Nicky Wieben (1,248).
- Moody is second in the nation in career assists (673) and third nationally in career assists per game (5.83). Moody ranks second in Iowa State history in assists with 673, she trails the school record held by Lyndsey Medders by just 48. Moody also led the Cyclones in assists with 163 last season, becoming the fifth Cyclone under Fennelly to lead ISU in assists in three-consecutive seasons. Moody would be the first Cyclone under Fennelly to lead ISU in assists four-straight seasons.

Over the last 20 seasons, Iowa State has also recorded the seventh-best 3-point percentage (35.7) in all of Division I. ISU's dominance from beyond the arc is unmatched and unprecedented.
