AMES, Iowa- The Iowa State soccer team is back on the road this weekend. The Cyclones will take on the Creighton Bluejays on Sunday at Morrison Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska at 1 p.m.

Last time out
The Cyclones are 1-1-0 in the 2016 season with a loss to the No. 7 Florida Gators, 5-2, and a win over South Dakota State, 1-0. Redshirt sophomore Brooke Tasker scored the game-winning goal against the Jackrabbits in the 43rd minute on an incredible shot from 35 yards out that carried over the goalkeeper's reach and snuck just under the crossbar. Senior Koree Willer and sophomore Klasey Medelberg scored goals against the Gators.

Scouting the Bluejays
The Cyclones and the Bluejays are meeting for the sixth time and Iowa State enters Sunday's game undefeated against Creighton with a 4-0-1 record. Creighton is off to a 1-0-1 record in 2016 including a 5-3 win over Iowa in their home opener. Five different Bluejays have scored and they are being led in scoring by freshman Callie Hawkins, who scored two goals against the Hawkeyes. Creighton is also in action on Friday when they take on Nebraska-Omaha.
Â
What to watch for
The key for the Cyclones is that the backline continues its dominance. Iowa State only conceded one shot and didn't allow a corner kick against South Dakota State. The Bluejays have been playing well on the offensive end so center backs Madi Ott and Brianna Johnson will need to keep playing strong. On the offensive half of the pitch, Iowa State will need to come out quick. Creighton has only allowed eight shots in the first half compared to 22 in the second half. The offensive triangle of forwards Koree Willer and Klasey Medelberg along with attacking midfielder Brooke Tasker has been coming together as of all three of them have now found the back of the net.
