AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State women's basketball team (3-5, 0-0 Big 12) is set to take on North Carolina Central (2-4, 0-0 MEAC) on Sunday, Dec. 10 at noon. The game will serve as the first meeting between the two squads in series history.
Sunday's game will feature multiple Star Wars promotions with fans who dress up as a Star Wars character gaining free admission to the game. The first 300 entrants will also receive a Star Wars T-shirt.Â

- Emily Durr ranks eighth in the nation in 3-point field goal percentage. She's connected on 51.6 percent of her shots from downtown and netted 16 triples on the year, which is tied for second on the team with Carleton. Adriana Camber leads the team with 18 on the year.
- Three of Iowa State's losses have been by less than five points, and all were on the road with the Cyclones falling 57-53 at UNI, 83-80 at Drake and 77-74 at Vanderbilt.
