AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State volleyball season continues on Wednesday night with the quarterfinals of the 2018 National Invitational Volleyball Championship (NIVC) against North Texas. First serve between the Cyclones and the Mean Green will be at 6Â p.m.

Students receive free admission to the quarterfinal round NIVCÂ home volleyball matches.
Fans still needing tickets to the match can buy them online now, here, or on the day of the match at the Hilton Coliseum Ticket Office. All tickets are general admission.
Iowa State volleyball season parking passes are no longer in effect. The only reserved parking lot around Hilton Coliseum is Lot B2 for ADA parking.

North Texas come into Wednesday night's match with a 19-16 overall record, having defeated Wichita State in four sets last Friday to reach this stage. The Mean Green finished tied for second in Conference USA this year with an 11-3 league record. UNT boast a young attack, with four of its five leading hitters being freshmen or sophomores.
Iowa State and North Texas have only previously met once, back in 1984 at a tournament in Norman, Oklahoma. The Cyclones won in straight-sets that day. This is ISU's first Conference USA opponent since sweeping Western Kentucky in the first round of the 2014 NCAA Volleyball Championship.
