- Junior Bridget Carleton is one of 10 players in the nation named to the Cheryl Miller Award Finalist List, which honors the nation's top small forward.
- Carleton has 1,293 career points, and ranks 17th all-time in ISU history, and is 46 away from 16th. She currently ranks sixth in school history in career scoring average, with 15.2 points per game. She trails Jayme Olson, who is in fifth with 15.5 points per contest.
- Carleton is also poised to break into the ISU single-season record book as she is just 10 points away from ranking in the top-10 in school history for points in a season. Her 18.7 points per game currently ranks fourth in the single-season record book. She also needs just one steals to tie for 10th in school history.
- With 307 points in Big 12 action, Carleton is set to break the school record for most point in conference play. Lindsey Wilson currently holds the record with 333 in 2002-03. She also needs just five steals to break the record for most steals in conference action (37).
- Emily Durr has been playing her best basketball of her career over the last nine games. She is averaging 17.6 points per game and has scored 15 or more points in eight of the last nine games and 20 or more in four of the last nine.
- Iowa State ranks first in the Big 12 and is ranked 22nd in the nation in 3-pointers per game (8.8).
