Softball vs. Drake Canceled Due To Weather

AMES, Iowa – Due to inclement weather expected in the Ames area, Iowa State's Wednesday softball game vs. Drake has been canceled. A make-up date has not yet been determined.
The two programs are still scheduled to meet on the diamond later this season, as Iowa State will travel to Des Moines to face the Bulldogs at Ron Buel Field on Wednesday, May 1 at 6 p.m.
Next up for the Cyclones is a three-game weekend series vs. ACC foe Georgia Tech at the Cyclone Sports Complex. The series opens with a double-header on Saturday at 1 p.m. Admission is free to all home softball games this season.
