Iowa State Announces Spring Schedule

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State tennis program and second-year head coach Boomer Saia have announced the spring 2020 schedule, which will provide plenty of tests ahead of an always grueling Big 12 Conference schedule.
The Cyclones, who have five newcomers and just three returnees on the roster, kick off the spring at Central Florida's Orlando Invitational from Jan. 10-12.
Following the opening tournament, Iowa State begins dual match play Jan. 19 against Big Ten foe Penn State in Manhattan, Kansas.
The Cyclones' home debut is Jan. 24 as they play a doubleheader against Creighton and South Dakota.
Iowa State hosts Iowa in an Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series showdown on Friday, Feb. 28 at 4 p.m. The Cyclones follow the rivalry matchup traveling to Morgantown, West Virginia for their Big 12 opener.
ISU home matches will be played either outdoors at the Forker Tennis Courts or indoors at Life Time Fitness in Urbandale, Iowa. Fans should check Cyclones.com for updates on the site of matches.
