STILLWATER, Okla. – Iowa State completed its fall schedule Sunday afternoon on the final day of the Fall Series Championships hosted by Oklahoma State.
The Cyclones went 1-1 in doubles action Sunday, led by Maty Cancini and Christin Hsieh teaming up to down the Kansas duo of Tiffany Lagarde and Vasiliki Karvouni, 6-2.
In singles action, Hsieh beat TCU's Isabel Pascual in three sets. Hsieh won the first set, 6-0, before Pascual evened the match with a 6-3 second set win. In the deciding third set it was Hsieh that claimed the 10-7 win.
Ting-Pei Chang also earned a win Sunday in singles action, defeating Kaitlin Staines of Texas Tech, 6-4, 6-0.
