AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State soccer team will play its final regular season match on Saturday when the Cyclones take on Kansas State in Manhattan, Kan. First touch at Buser Family Park is scheduled for noon CT. The match will be streamed on Big 12 Now on ESPN+.

KEY STORYLINES
- The all-time series between Iowa State and Kansas State is tied, 2-2. The Cyclones' last win in the series came on Oct. 25, 2018.
- Iowa State is looking to build off a 1-1 draw vs. Kansas on March 20. It was Iowa State's second tie of the season vs. a KU squad that finished fourth in the Big 12. The Cyclones out-shot the Jayhawks, 13-6.
- Iowa State has had four consecutive games end in a tie for the first time in program history. ISU's exhibition match vs. Creighton on March 28 also ended in a draw.
- Midfielder Mira Emma has scored three times in Iowa State's last two matches, including a 38th minute goal off an assist from Tavin Hays to give ISU a 1-0 lead vs. KU.
- Emma and Hays are now tied for the team lead with two assists each. Both of Emma's assists were on game-winning goals.
- Starting goalkeeper Jordan Silkowitz ranks No. 3 in the Big 12 in saves (54) and No. 3 in saves per game (4.5).
- Silkowitz earned her third Big 12 Goalkeeper of the Week honor following Iowa State's 1-1 tie vs. Kansas. She is one of two players to be named the league's top goalkeeper three times this season.
- Silkowitz is the first player in program history to earn three Big 12 weekly awards in the same season.
- Iowa State has faced four opponents this season ranked in the top 15 nationally by the United Soccer Coaches poll. It is the first time in school history that Iowa State has faced four top-15 opponents in the same season.
- While dealing with a shorthanded roster this spring, head coach Matt Fannon has had to rely heavily on his starting 11, with impressive results. In Iowa State's 1-1 tie vs. Kansas, the Cyclone starters accounted for 1,142 of the 1,210 available minutes.
- Sophomore goalkeeper Jordan Silkowitz tied a career high with eight saves in Iowa State's 1-0 loss at Texas Tech. Her eight saves are tied for the most made in a single game by a Big 12 player this season. She is the only player in the conference with multiple eight-save performances.
- Freshman midfielder Elin Persson has started all three of Iowa State's matches since joining the team at the semester break. Persson has totaled 279 minutes of playing time while showing promising flashes of potential.
- Silkowitz and McKenna Schultz are the lone Cyclones to have played all 1174 available minutes so far this season. That duo, along with center back Taylor Bee, has been key to Iowa State's defensive success.
