Cyclones Ranked No. 34 In Final Poll

AMES, Iowa – The Iowa State tennis team finished the season ranked No. 34 in the final Oracle ITA national poll, which was released Wednesday. It marks the first time in school history that the Cyclones have been ranked in the season's final poll.
The Cyclones finished the 2021 season with a 14-8 overall record and advanced to the school's first-ever NCAA Tournament. ISU then defeated South Carolina, which finished the season No. 26, before taking No. 6 NC State down to the wire but ultimately falling.
The Cyclones won seven matches against teams that finished the season ranked in the nation's top 75.
