AMES, Iowa – Iowa State (13-6, 4-4 Big 12) returns home, hosting a series against Oklahoma (7-11, 1-8 Big 12) Saturday, Oct. 28 and Sunday, Oct. 29. The all-time series sits at 45-44 with Oklahoma holding the narrow advantage, while ISU has won the last five.

Saturday will be the Breast Cancer Awareness match and fans are invited to wear pink. Pink rally towels will be given to all in attendance. Sunday will be the Halloween match, and those who dress up will have the chance to win prizes. There will also be pumpkin decorating and trick or treating on the concourse. Sunday is Jr. Cyclone Day where tickets are buy one get one free for JCC members and their families and a post-match season ticket holder meet and greet will be held. For students on Sunday, free Chick-Fil-A for a semester will be given away ($250 gift card).

Nayeli Gonzalez (193) and Maya Duckworth (176) lead the Cyclones in kills this season, while the team holds a hitting percentage of 0.250 on the season. Libero Brooke Stonestreet nears the milestone of 900 digs, currently holding 887. The junior can hold the 22nd-most outright in ISU history with 901. Setter Morgan Brandt has put up nine double-doubles this season and ranks 16th in Iowa State history with 1,230 assists.
Oklahoma
OU is led by first-year head coach Aaron Mansfield who spent the last six seasons as the head coach at Loyola Marymount compiling a 94-68 record. Oklahoma went 1-1 in its last conference series vs. K-State for the Sooner's first Big 12 win. OU also took TCU to five sets this season.
Alexis Shelton leads the team with 280 kills at 4.18 per set, while ranking third in conference matchups among Big 12 players with 4.03 kills per set. OU also has Payton Chamberlain (No. 2, 10.52 assists per set) and Mele Corral-Blagojevich (No. 3, 0.44 aces per set) ranking in the top three among conference players in league action.
