AMES, Iowa -Â Iowa State recorded its 18th 20-win season and appeared in its 22nd NCAA Tournament in 2023-24. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of Iowa State women's basketball, the Cyclones returned to the Big 12 Championship for the second-consecutive season and won their 24th NCAA Tournament contest.

- Iowa State made its 22nd overall NCAA Tournament appearance and 15th in the previous 17 seasons, traveling to Stanford, California for First and Second Round action.
- The Cyclones posted the second-biggest comeback victory in the First Round against Maryland (Mar. 22), rallying from down 20 to take the 93-86 win.
- Despite losing 77 percent of its scoring from the 2023 Big 12 Championship squad, ISU used a plethora of young talent to return to the Championship game and advance to the Second Round of the NCAA Tournament for the 14th time in program history.

- Audi Crooks owns the Iowa State all-time freshman scoring record and the sixth-best ISU single-season mark regardless of class with 635 points.Â
- Addy Brown is the only player in program history to score 400 points, pull down 250 rebounds and pass out 150 assists in a single season.
- Emily Ryan broke Iowa State's all-time career assists record with her 10th assist against Baylor (Mar. 9). Ryan has dished out 782 assists through 119 games.
- Iowa State's "fab five" freshmen contributed the highest percentage of team points, rebounds and minutes across all Power 5 programs.
