Cyclones Continue Their Spring Season in Missouri

AMES, Iowa - Following their second place finish at the Wyoming Cowboy Classic, the Cyclones will travel to Missouri for the two-day Tiger Collegiate. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8am (CST) on Monday, April 8 and conclude on Tuesday, April 9.Â
The Lineup (Alphabetically): Paul Beauvy, Luke Gutschewski, Zach May, Lukas Pany, Owen Sawyer, Dianchao Wu (Ind.)
The Course: The Club at Old Hawthorne stretches 7,221 yards of rolling terrain with multiple water hazards. Six of the 18 holes have center fairway bunkers creating different ways to play the course.Â

- On the Cyclones' all-time career stroke average list, Gutschewski sits in first with a 71.57 scoring average and Paul Beauvy sits in third with a 72.03 average.
- Gutschewski broke the school record for lowest three-round score (198) and joins Nick Voke as one of the two Cyclones to score under 200 in three rounds.Â
- Owen Sawyer shot a third round 69 with two eagles and one birdie at the All-American.
- The Cyclones won two tournaments in the month of September, the Iowa Fall Classic and the Zach Johnson Invitational.Â
