ISU Student-Athletes Post Another Strong Semester In Classroom

AMES, Iowa – Iowa State student-athletes continued to have success in the classroom, recording a 3.37 GPA grade point average during the spring semester.

Seventeen Cyclone teams posted a GPA above 3.00 in the spring and 63 student-athletes finished the semester with a 4.00 GPA. ISU had 195 student-athletes named to the Dean's List and 163 were scholar-athletes.

In total, 75 percent of student-athletes recorded a 3.0 or higher GPA.

Current Cyclone student-athletes hold a 3.36 cumulative GPA.

Iowa State held its spring and summer graduation ceremony last week with 53 student-athletes crossing the podium.
