Maggie Davis is in her first season as a volunteer coach at Iowa State in the 2022-23 season. Davis joined the Cyclone coaching staff following her career as an Iowa State track and field student-athlete.

Davis spent her first cross country season working with the Iowa State women, helping them grow into their seasons and seeing Dana Feyen and Madelynn Hill both qualify for the NCAA Cross Country Championships as individuals.

As a student-athlete, Davis was on the Cyclone squad for four seasons. She was a five-time Academic All-Big 12 First Team honoree and was named to the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll every season she was on the Cyclone squad.
