Outdoor: Competed in 400m hurdles at four meets ... placed 14th in 400m hurdles with 53.15 at Big 12 Championships ... won the event at the Jim Duncan Invite with a personal best of 52.35 ... took third in 52.58 at the ISU Alumni Invite ... finished 10th at Drake Relays in 53.01.
Indoor: Put up a season best in the 400m with 48.48 for third at the Iowa State Classic … took fourth in the 400m (48.65) at the Cyclone Open … also ran the 400m in 49.07 for third and the 200m in 21.89 for fourth at the Iowa Open.

2022-23
Indoor: Sprinted at three meets … went sub-48 seconds for the first time with a 400-meter time of 47.77 at the Tyson Invite … ran second leg of the silver-medal DMR team at Big 12 Championships, team finalized a time of 9:35.49 … placed fourth at the ISU Holiday Invite clocking 48.46.

2021-22
Outdoor: Competed at eight meets … led-off for ISU’s fifth place 4x400m relay (3:10.84), was ninth in the 400m hurdles (53.24) and was member of Iowa State’s 4x100m relay (DQ) at the Big 12 Championships … clocked a personal best 52.71 to finish second in the 400m hurdles at the Kip Janvrin Open … led off for the Cyclones’ second-place sprint medley relay (3:20.39) at the Drake Relays … also competed at the Musco Twilight, Beach Invitational, Bryan Clay Invite, Sun Angel Classic and Bobcat Invitational.

Indoor: Took part in two meets … ran an indoor-best 22.18 in the 200m to finish ninth at the Iowa State Classic … also competed at the Graduate Classic.

2020-21
Outdoor: Ran in five meets for the Cyclones … was lead-off of ISU’s eighth-place 4x100m relay at the Big 12 Championships (42.95) … clocked a personal best 21.86 in the 200-meter dash at the Rock Chalk Classic … was member of the Cyclones’ winning sprint medley relay at the Drake Relays (3:22.06), helping Iowa State defend its men’s Relays Cup title … was member of ISU’s winning 4x400m relay at the Blue Oval Invitational (3:20.20) … also competed at the Hayward Premiere.

Indoor: Competed in six meets for Iowa State … was member of the Cyclones’ sixth-place 4x400m relay team at the Big 12 Championships (3:14.97) and also ran in the 600y run (1:13.18) … took second in the 600yd run at the Iowa State Classic (1:13.25) … was member of first-place 4x400m relay at the Cyclone Open (3:17.96) and also took second in the 400m (49.65) … also competed at the K-State Winter Invitational, Wildcat Invitational and Razorback Invitational.

2019-20
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak worldwide.

Indoor: Competed in seven meets for Iowa State … a staple of the 4x400-meter relay team, running as part of the quartet at six meets (Wieczorek Invite, Cyclone Open, Texas Tech Invitational, Husker Invitational, Iowa State Classic and Big 12 Championships) … finished third in 600-yard run (1:13.50) at the Cyclone Open.

High School
2019 Gatorade Iowa Boys High School Track & Field Athlete of the Year ... Two-time Class 3A Iowa High School champion, claiming the title in the 400-meter hurdles as a senior in his personal-best time of 52.02, a time which ranked sixth in the nation among high schoolers last season ... also scored for Nevada in the 4x200 (third), sprint medley relay (fourth) and 4x100 (sixth) as a senior at the state championships ... as a junior, won first state title anchoring for the Cubs' 4x200-meter relay team ... competed at the state championships across three seasons.
