Warner Earns Title at Nebraska Open

LINCOLN, Neb. - Iowa State track and field concluded a busy weekend of events with competition for select athletes at the Nebraska Open Sunday on the Ed Weir Outdoor Track. Junior sprinter Ian Warner ran to a first-place finish in the 100-meter dash, crossing the finish line in 10.52.Â
Teammates Amara Sama and Clint Martin both recorded fourth-place finishes in the 100 and 200 meter dashes, respectively
The Cyclones will compete next at the Big 12 Outdoor Track and Field Championships May 13-15 in Norman, Okla.
