AMES, Iowa – The No. 16 Iowa State wrestling team (2-10, 0-5 Big 12) faces a road test at No. 2 Oklahoma State (7-0, 2-0 Big 12) Sunday. The meet is set for 2 p.m. (CST) in Stillwater, Okla., at the Gallagher-Iba Arena. Iowa State enters its final conference dual after No. 7 Oklahoma edged past the Cyclones in a tight 19-16 dual Friday.

Luke Goettl continued his hot streak for the Cyclones with an upset of No. 1 Kendric Maple at 141 pounds Friday. Goettl has previously lost to Maple twice this season, both by major decision. After three tight periods, Goettl topped Maple 11-9 after the match was taken to a sudden victory round.

Michael Moreno earned just his second dual victory of the season Jan. 13 against Virginia Tech, and hoped it would turn into a string of victories. So far, the Urbandale, Iowa native has extended his momentum after a 3-2 upset of No. 14 Matt Lester in Norman, Friday.

Andrew Sorenson leads the Cyclones this season with the most overall and dual victories on the team. The Woden, Iowa native is also Iowa State's highest-ranked wrestler, at No. 4 nationally.

-The last time the two teams met, Oklahoma State earned a 29-9 victory in Ames Nov. 25.
