Two Big 12 Road Tests Next for Cyclone Tennis

NORMAN, Okla. – Iowa State tennis will take to the road this weekend for its first conference matches away from home.
The Cyclones (3-12, 0-2 Big 12) are slated to face No. 44 Oklahoma Friday afternoon at 4 p.m. The Sooners are Iowa State's third-straight ranked conference opponent. OU is 7-8, 2-1, with its only conference loss coming to No. 75 Kansas State last week.
Following Friday afternoon's match, the Cyclones will visit the Oklahoma State Cowgirls in Stillwater, Okla. at 1:00 p.m. Saturday. Oklahoma State's lone conference loss so far this season came to the Sooners at the beginning of March, and the No. 41 Cowgirls' record is 8-3, 2-1 Big 12.
The Cyclones are coming off of two home losses, when the team played host to Texas and Texas A&M last weekend. Iowa State fell to both ranked schools, 6-1.
